Catherine is the founder and president of Autism Housing Pathways, Inc. (AHP), a membership-based, nonprofit organization that acts as a clearinghouse for information on self-directed housing for adults with developmental disabilities. AHP builds capacity for families to create housing via presentations, workshops, person-centered planning and individual consultations.

A published author serving on multiple boards and an award-winning disabilities activist, Catherine is also the president of Constellation Cooperative Housing, a limited-equity housing cooperative.

Massachusetts Governor Charlie Baker appointed Catherine to the Massachusetts Autism Commission as an at-large member. Catherine serves as a member of the First Place^® Global Leadership Institute faculty and advisory board.
