Ian Paregol, executive director of DC Coalition for Disability Service Providers and former executive director of community services for Autistic Adults and Children, offers a multidisciplinary perspective as a member of the First Place^® AZ advisory board. His 25-year professional career is the culmination of his diverse background in law, human services management and education administration.

Ian’s community and professional affiliations include the Maryland Association of Community Services to Persons with Developmental Disabilities; Advancing Futures for Adults with Autism; the National Association of Residential Providers for Adults with Autism; the Interagency Coordinating Committee for Developmental Disabilities in Montgomery County, Maryland; the Maryland State Task Force on Trauma Informed Care/Restraint-Free Maryland Initiative; the Southern Maryland Region, DDA – Committee on Supporting Challenging Persons in Their Community; and the Montgomery County Infants and Toddlers – LICC Autism Work Group.
