Kathy joined Fennemore Craig, one of the country’s 250 largest law firms, in 2001 and retired in February 2020 from her post as chief operating officer to form her own consulting company, Hancock Strategic Consulting, LLC, focused on business strategies and problem solving. Prior to joining Fennemore Craig, she was a partner and vice president for a leading Arizona public affairs firm, Jamieson and Gutierrez, where she managed a portfolio of Fortune 50 clients, as well as real estate development firms on a wide range of projects.
Kathy serves on the Washington, D.C.-based national board of Veteran’s Community Connections. She has long been active in numerous other civic and charitable organizations, including serving on the boards of prominent local organizations and the Southwest Autism Research & Resource Center (SARRC).
A native of Independence, Missouri, Kathy holds a bachelor’s degree in English from the University of Missouri at Columbia. She is passionate about strengthening community support for veterans and their families, as well as meeting the needs of other vulnerable populations to empower them to pursue their dreams.
