Keith Earnest is executive vice president and market leader at Van Trust. Prior to Van Trust, Keith served as executive vice president of RED Development, where he managed all phases of real estate development processes for company-owned projects, including project feasibility, market analysis, site acquisition, entitlements, design and construction oversight, leasing and sales.
At RED Development, Keith oversaw the development of the final phase of CityScape in downtown Phoenix, as well as the future development of The Shops at Town and Country in Phoenix and Akard Place in Uptown Dallas, Texas. With his extensive experience in both office and retail development, Keith brings a unique and valued perspective to First Place® AZ, where he serves as a real estate advisor and member of the capital campaign cabinet.
Keith graduated from Arizona State University’s College of Business Administration, where he received a Bachelor of Science in Finance. In 2002, he served as president of the National Association of Industrial and Office Parks, Arizona Chapter. In 2007, he served as chairman of the board of directors of Valley Partnership. Keith remains an active member of both organizations and the International Council of Shopping Centers. He is a licensed Arizona real estate broker.
Keith is active in many charitable organizations, including Thunderbird Charities, Southwest Human Development, Arcadia Little League and Arcadia Scottsdale United Soccer Club. He also serves on the facilities committee for Xavier College Preparatory.
