Mitch Barr came to First Place in 2019 as senior bookkeeper after starting his career in wealth management working with high-net-worth individuals and families. In 2020, he was promoted to finance & planning coordinator and in 2022 to director of finance, planning & analysis. Mitch has two family members on the autism spectrum who drive his passion for helping the residents of First Place–Phoenix. He holds a B.S. in finance with a real estate minor from Arizona State University. When he’s not crunching numbers at the office, Mitch enjoys hiking in the Arizona desert with his wife Rachel and playing fetch with his golden retriever Wrigley.
