Meet Fiona Falbo, First Place Vocational Coordinator
Fiona comes to us after several years in the nonprofit sector working with and advocating for people with disabilities. Her most recent position was with the Southwest Autism Research & Resource Center (SARRC), where her work focused on supporting individuals with autism and other neuro-diversities in the areas of employment and volunteering in the Valley.
Her previous private-sector experience in community outreach and development for large-scale residential communities allowed Fiona to focus on community programming and partnering, an area of great emphasis and importance at First Place. She is thrilled to be working directly with residents to support them on their various paths to independence as well as engaging organizations to create more jobs.
