Tour the First Place Transition Academy

Explore our brand new apartments on Third Street and Catalina where Transition Academy participants live and learn during their first year.  We’ll then travel via First Place van to 29 Palms, where our year two participants live more independently while they complete the Learn4Independence® curriculum at GateWay Community College. Please plan to be with us from 1 – 5:00 p.m.  If you’ve already visited First Place–Phoenix, you have the option to join us at 29 Palms at 3 p.m.
